Burnt Oak is one of the most multicultural wards in Barnet. It has more than 17,000 residents, over 6,500 households and more than 40% of the residents are aged between 15 and 39. The area is very family orientated, active and has a lot of green spaces and parks such as Watling Park, which has outdoor exercise facilities and a children's playground.
